★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze professionals zijn goud waard. Ik meldde me bij iRepairNow met een serieus probleem aangaande het niet meer kunnen benaderen van mijn back-up bestanden periode 2013-heden. Bob heeft het voor elkaar gekregen om de betreffende back-up bestanden te benaderen en heeft mij vervolgens geleerd hoe ik hier zelf bij kan komen. Klantgerichtheid hebben ze bij dit bedrijf zeer hoog in het vaandel staan. Echt een aanrader!
 These professionals are worth their weight in gold. I reported to iRepairNow with a serious problem regarding not being able to access my backup files from 2013-present. Bob managed to access the backup files in question and then taught me how to access them myself. Customer focus is very important to this company. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag aan het einde van de middag gebeld met de vraag te helpen met een Samsung tablet, ik kon gelijk terecht. Daar aangekomen stond Bob mij vriendelijk te woord en ging direct aan de slag om de tablet open te maken en te kijken wat er aan de hand was. Gezellig even over tech gesproken en het probleem werd tegelijkertijd opgelost, kostenloos. Wat een fantastische service en vakkundig personeel. Dankjewel iRepairNow en Bob. Mocht je nou zelf iets hebben met je Apple apparaat of een ander apparaat ga er zeker even langs. Ze hebben veel verstand van zaken en zeer behulpzaam! Als ik niet zo lang van stof was stond ik al met 10 minuten weer buiten.
I called at the end of the afternoon today to ask me to help with a Samsung tablet. Once there, Bob spoke to me in a friendly manner and immediately went to work to open the tablet and see what was going on. Nice talk about tech and the problem was solved at the same time, free of charge. What fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. Thank you iRepairNow and Bob. If you have something to do with your Apple device or another device, be sure to drop by. They know a lot about their business and are very helpful! If I wasn't dusted for that long, I would be outside again in 10 minutes.

That is not the case. For this company you always need an appointment as I was told by the employee.
