★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn iMac gebracht voor een grote beurt en ik kreeg de belofte dat dat in 1 week klaar was, ze zouden zelfs hun best doen het nog sneller te doen. Na een week niets gehoord. Gebeld, niet teruggebeld. Een dag later weer gebeld, weer niet teruggebeld. De dag daarna zelf langs gegaan. Mijn iMac was wel al nagekeken, maar stond nog steeds op de plank. Het was erg druk geweest was het excuus. Waarom ik niet teruggebeld werd, konden ze me ook niet vertellen. Een grote beurt duurt altijd tien dagen, dus het was raar dat aan mij een week werd beloofd. Ze konden het nu wel in 3 dagen doen. Ik heb mn Mac meegenomen en ga nooit meer terug.
 Brought my iMac over for a full turn and I was promised that it would be done in 1 week, they would do their best to do it even faster. Heard nothing after a week. Called, not called back. Called again a day later, not called back. Visited the day after. My iMac had already been checked, but was still on the shelf. It had been very busy was the excuse. They couldn't tell me why I wasn't called back. A major turn always takes ten days, so it was strange that I was promised a week. They could do it in 3 days now. I brought my Mac and never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langsgegaan omdat de home button dienst weigerde. Binnen 5 minuten had men een work-around ingesteld waardoor fysieke reparatie kon worden uitgesteld. Na de vraag gesteld te hebben, werd betaling vriendelijk afgehouden. Wat een bedrijf!
Dropped by because the home button refused service. A work-around had been set up within 5 minutes, which meant that physical repairs could be postponed. After asking the question, payment was kindly withheld. What a company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andere reparatiewinkels (Amsterdam) hadden mijn Iphones voor dood verklaard. Irepair heeft ze weer tot leven gebracht. Eerst alles grondig onderzocht en daarna een diagnose met prijsopgaaf. Heel fijn dat ik op de hoogte werd gehouden van elke stap/proces per mail. Ook fijn dat zij per whatsapp te bereiken zijn. Tevens ook uitgebreid advies gekregen over oa best passende instellingen, Icloud, en eigenlijk antwoord op alle Apple-vragen die ik had. Binnenkort ga ik met mijn MacBooks voor een check langs. Tot slot een 10+ voor de klantvriendelijkheid!
Other repair shops (Amsterdam) had declared my Iphones dead. Irepair has brought them back to life. First thoroughly examined everything and then a diagnosis with a quote. It was great that I was kept informed of every step / process by e-mail. Also nice that they can be reached by whatsapp. Also received extensive advice on, among other things, the most suitable settings, Icloud, and actually an answer to all Apple questions I had. Soon I will visit my MacBooks for a check. Finally a 10+ for customer friendliness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een geweldig bedrijf!!! ik kon mijn MacBook niet meer opladen ( dikke stress) toen bleek er een paperclip in mijn magneet te zitten van mijn laptop.. daarna hebben ze ook nog de computer en oplader helemaal schoongemaakt en heb ik er niks voor hoeven te betalen :) Ze hebben mijn vader ook geweldig geholpen, mocht ik ooit wat hebben met mijn MacBook dan fiets ik met liefde weer de 40 minuten heen en 40 min terug voor deze service.
What a great company !!! I could no longer charge my MacBook (heavy stress) when it turned out there was a paper clip in my magnet from my laptop .. after that they also cleaned the computer and charger completely and I did not have to pay anything for it :) my father also helped tremendously, if I ever have something with my MacBook, I will happily cycle the 40 minutes and 40 minutes back for this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super gasten.Na een grote teleurstelling bij Doktor Mobile in Schalkwijk ( meer stuk gemaakt dan gerepareerd) heeft dit bedrijf mijn telefoon weer kunnen maken. Deze mensen hebben kennis van zaken. Gunstige prijs. Snel gefixt.Ik ging weer blij de winkel uit. Voor in de toekomst zeker mijn winkel.
Super guys. After a big disappointment at Doktor Mobile in Schalkwijk (more broken than repaired), this company was able to fix my phone again. These people are knowledgeable. Favorable price. Quickly fixed, I left the store happy again. For sure my store in the future.

The IPhone bought from them had problems. Without my knowledge, they themselves indicated that this was covered by the warranty. Top!

Tevens mooie spullen te koop met goede garantie.
En die aardige jongen van de verkoop(Jim?) is super beleefd en geeft zeer uitgebreide uitleg.
Ga zo door jongens!
Mensen die wel een klacht hebben, ga gewoon terug en geef het aan.Pas dan kunnen ze zich daarin verbeteren indien nodig. Ze staan er voor open.?En dan je review ?plaatsen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE! They installed an Apple screen for me which did not work, and when I returned to have it fixed, they denied responsibility, and revoked the warranty. If you don’t have a warranty for a screen, then count on it breaking. I heard the same thing from somebody else but gave them the benefit of the doubt. now I regret it.
No responsibility taken and more than 2 issues known. AVOID!
