Review wordt niet op prijs gesteld en resulteert in vervelend belletje van medewerker aan mij. Wel weer prettig dat eigenaar n.a.v. van review persoonlijk contact zoekt om lucht te klaren. The sales rep is experienced as overly amicable by a colleague, which leads to confusion and makes up on the spot what should not have been agreed. Review is not appreciated and results in annoying call from employee to me. It is nice that the owner, based on the review, seeks personal contact to clear the air.
