β β β β β I feel like the personnel they have aren't that interested in discussions and giving out information when you ask something about the fishes or what not. In fact,i feel that the guy is such in a hurry to finish the conversation and be done with it. Sometimes, it is necessary to engage to your customers for it will make them feel that guidance well needed specially for some people who wants to start having an aquarium. I hope you can see my review and think about your behaviour to your customers. The few times i was there, i feel like you want to skip me maybe because i am not dutch and you take good care more of your dutch customers. I feel a bit less valued maybe because i look like i dont have money.

β β β β β Awesome place to see and buy fishes for your aquarium. I am an aquascaper myself, I really liked the store. Bit expensive but worth it. Also I would suggest the store to keep their tanks a bit more cleaner. But due to the pandemic and less number of people working in the store I can imagine the situation. But all in all it was a good visit, and I bought some fishes as well.

β β β β β I'm sure for some people they can find what they are looking for I was shocked at the state of the store pandemic or not... Why are there screws in the water and are the fishes diseased... It was kind of a mess
