★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average three star hotel with spacious but outdated rooms. Sea view makes up for the noisiness. Breakfast is fine, especially if a Dutch breakfast is what you prefer. Price is rather high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great stay. The rooms were really nice and very updated. The rooms are just a short walk from the beach and there are a lot of great resturants down by the water. Really liked the location and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely good value for money. Yes, the room was not new and the bathroom is small (not unusual for Netherlands) but it was clean, it had the amenities we needed incl a balcony with a great view, kettle and mini-bar.
The breakfast is good (but the breakfast room was too warm).
Friendly reception, well organised and informative. Location is great, within walking distance of tram.
Tip: if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant - note there are plenty to choose from on the promenade, but try Faroe Take-away round the corner from the hotel for good value for money food (we had delicious spag bolognaise!).
Suggest you try for a room with balcony for good views but also extra space. We will stay again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and helpful... the breakfast is great with a lot of choices. Though the rooms really need a renovation, looks old even it was clean! My bathroom door didn't open up once it was closed, there is no door knop. And the noise of the other doors in the house is annoying, you can hear everything...
