Hier nemen ze hun werk serieus en denken met je mee. Wat mij betreft een eerlijke ondernemer met een mooie zaak en prettige communicatie. Nice shop where they dot the i's and cross the t's when the bike is delivered. You have to be able to take a joke and not take yourself too seriously as a customer. Here they take their work seriously and think along with you. As far as I'm concerned, an honest entrepreneur with a nice business and pleasant communication.

Ik had al verwacht dat deze niet 10 jaar meegaat, maar 6mndn is wel weinig. Jammer dit Purchase of a new bike that was completely rickety within 6 months. Quote "is a cheap bike, you should buy a more expensive one" 350 € is not cheap for me. I had already expected that it will not last 10 years, but 6 months is not much. Too bad this

S	Silvia Leijtens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kwam met een "moeilijke" fiets aan waar lekker aan gesleuteld is. Achteraf gewoon de afgesproken prijs betaald en hij fietst nu weer als een zonnetje. Als ik weer problemen heb met mijn fiets dan kom ik hier zeker terug! I arrived with a "difficult" bike that was nicely tinkered with. Afterwards just paid the agreed price and it now cycles like a charm again. If I have problems with my bike again, I will definitely come back here!
G	Gertjan de Groot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binnenband laten vervangen, maar omdat het ventiel er scheef ingezet werd, ontstond binnen een jaar (waarin ik bijna niet gefietst heb) een scheur bij het ventiel en moest ik weer een nieuwe band. Toen ik met deze klacht terugging vond de fietsenmaker dat ik niet moest zeuren, de reparatie was immers een jaar geleden uitgevoerd. Dat de reparatie slecht was uitgevoerd, daar wilde hij het niet over hebben. Als je dit ook normaal vind moet je, je fiets vooral bij Ari Bike laten repareren. Had the inner tube replaced, but because the valve was inserted crookedly, within a year (during which I hardly cycled) a crack developed at the valve and I had to get a new tire. When I returned with this complaint, the bicycle mechanic thought I shouldn't complain, after all, the repair was carried out a year ago. He didn't want to talk about the repair being done poorly. If you also find this normal, you should have your bike repaired at Ari Bike.

Aangezien ik totaal niet de persoon ben die ook maar iets kan met een fiets, sleutelt deze man er op los om ervoor te zorgen dat ik weer goed kan fietsen. Zo ook gisteren, ik kan weer vooruit. Bedankt! Nice bicycle shop, there is an older man with gray / white hair who looks like a bicycle repairman from years gone by. Since I am not at all the person who can do anything with a bicycle, this man tinkers to ensure that I can cycle properly again. Just like yesterday, I can move forward again. Thank you!

Ari Bike tried four times, the last three free of charge (new tire, rim but alas). Got to borrow a service bike each time too. Bought a new bike there that was discounted, but it was a bit out of my price range so the owner gave extra discount (just so we'd all finally be done with the old bike). Months later I go for a free check up and the guy who handled my bike the first two times recognized me immediately, glad to see I had a new bike that had no issues. It was busy so instead of losing my bike for a couple days he tweaked the gears a bit (the only issue I had) and advised to come back later, not to worry about the appointment being beyond the three month mark and costing me. I'd give more stars if I could. Great stuff, excellent service and always a friendly person willing to help.
