★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly don't know which should get the best rating..... the 12GO Biking service or the KOGA bike i happen to own since this afternoon.
Well, the service may need to wait till 'after sales service' and the bike needs to get some miles under the saddle, pedals & wheels. For now i'm happy with both first impressions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bike here in December, had very speedy delivery despite COVID. Have had some great rides since.Great customer service as well, had some issues with an order and it was resolved immediately and generously. Would definitely recommend buying your gear here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is excellent with a wide range of bikes and accessories. Staff is helpful and due to the size of the store feels a bit like a production line. I bought my bike there and had to talk to at least 7 different attendees. That's not bad per se, but you don't get the same treatment from a smaller local store. Only reason it's 4 stars is because my brand new bike left the store with grease all over it and I had to wash it right away.

They also offer great advice when selecting a bike and the options on it so you get a bike that suits you best. Overall 100% happy with the service and the bike

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After weeks and weeks of online search and going into small shops having a small selection, no way of trying and less than optimal customer service I've found 12GO Biking. It is 68Km from home but why not?
Went there with a short list of 3 bikes and tried them all, had great advice. Tried them again. Selected some accessories and off I went to the waiting area for a cup of coffee while the bike and accessories get assembled. When the bike was ready I've tried it again. Enough space for it is priceless. I've loaded the bike on the car and left with absolutely sure that I will be back. This is the real One Stop Shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I bought Trek Domane AL 3 Disc from 12Go biking. Before purchase the customer service team was really helpful with my questions about frame size of bike and gear information. My bike was delivered on exact date promised. person who delivered the bike also helped me to attached pedal. overall I am very happy with customer service from 12GO biking and recommend to purchase without having doubt about after sales customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading the other reviews, my experience differed, went in mid afternoon on a weekday wasn't busy, wandered a round until I found the bike I was interested, but wanted to ask some questions, asked a staff member who was leaning against the counter to help he said " one minute ", I said I would wait over by the bike, 10-15 mins go by doesn't come, I see another staff member I ask him for some help and he said he was busy talk to the original guy. I walked over and asked if he was available yet he said yes " one more minute", so I went back to the bike I was interested in, after 15 mins I gave up left the store, drove 90 mins to get there wasted 30 mins waiting for help. They lost me as a client.
