About Arnhem Centraal
Het Mainport Innovation Fund (MIF) is een collectief van partners bestaande uit Schiphol, KLM, TU Delft, Havenbedrijf Amsterdam en NS die elkaar vinden in de ambitie om ondernemers in een vroeg stadium te ondersteunen met geld en expertise om te kunnen groeien. Op basis van een actieve scout-functie komen jonge ondernemers op de radar die innovatieve oplossingen bieden in domeinen zoals mobiliteit, transport en duurzaamheid. Naast investeren heeft NS ook de mogelijkheid om als launching customer op te treden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very modern looking train station. I just got a bit confused as the passenger pick up is upstairs, which is not very intuitive. Otherwise plenty of shops around. Using the bathroom costs you EUR 0.70.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the best designed stations in The Netherlands. One can get international connections, like Germany, from here. Before boarding international trains, have a look to the display board in the platform. The station is clean and clearly marked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online the station says it’s open 24/7. We were traveling from Utrecht through Germany and had a 4-hour stopover in Arnhem. Despite selling these tickets that go overnight and saying online that the station stayed open, security came and informed us that the station closed at night and they had to kick everyone who was waiting out. We were sent out to walk the city streets until 5:30am when the station to reopened. The security workers were very apologetic and said that this happens all the time. Perhaps more reviews sharing this experience will incentivize an update of the outdated website information that is costly to visitors planning their trips through Arnhem.
