 Yoga is fine, at the time I felt more or less bullied by a fellow student. Very sorry that it was not resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er is inspanning en rust, oefeningen en ontspanning. Je maakt contact met jezelf, zowel je lichaam als je geest/gedachten. Je mag je helemaal concentreren op jezelf, maar er is ook de connectie met de ander. Tonnie creëert daarbij een veilige, open en gastvrije sfeer. Ik voel me thuis op deze avonden en ben blij dat ik er elke week mag zijn.
There is effort and rest, exercises and relaxation. You make contact with yourself, both your body and your mind / thoughts. You can fully concentrate on yourself, but there is also the connection with the other. Tonnie thereby creates a safe, open and welcoming atmosphere. I feel at home on these evenings and I am happy to be there every week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al bijna 10 jaar volg ik yoga lessen bij Asita. Door de oefeningen en de verdiepingslessen heb ik geleerd steeds meer vanuit mezelf de verbinding te maken met mijn omgeving. De lessen zijn vooral geschikt indien je op zoek bent naar rustige bewegingsvormen in kleine groepen, waar ook zelf ontwikkeling aanbod komt. Daarbij is Tonnie een liefdevolle yoga lerares met bijna 40 jaar ervaring, die iedereen in zijn/ haar waarde laat en stimuleert het beste uit jezelf te halen.
I have been taking yoga classes at Asita for almost 10 years. Through the exercises and the in-depth lessons, I have learned to connect more and more with my surroundings. The lessons are especially suitable if you are looking for quiet forms of movement in small groups, where there is also development available. In addition, Tonnie is a loving yoga teacher with nearly 40 years of experience, who values and encourages everyone to get the best out of themselves.
