Me and my wife regularly go to this dentist for the last few years and have always been happy with the experience.

Very unprofessional dentist and horrible at communicating what is going to happen. They seem not to care once they have printed the bill and get paid.

Stay far far away from this practice. I was denied my appointment after being 4 mins late. Spent the morning dealing with a sick child, cycled really hard to get there and they were rude and unsympathetic. They would rather use the rest of my appointment arguing with me. Very unprofessional!

Had a similar experience as " Dan stoicescu" ( review below) They dropped during a root canal treatment a file in the root canal. And did not have the tools to remove it. They referred me to a specialist for the removement of the file , where I had to pay 890 euros for their mistake. There was also another incident where their treatment of another tooth caused the tooth to break even more. I changed the dentist now. And as for my advice please don't go there!!

Avoid this place at all costs. You will only pay more after going here. Do you have a small filling and think of going here? Chances are you will end up at a specialist who will try to repair the damage done here. Instead of paying 100 Euros, you will end up paying more than 1000E. Do you want to do an implant with Vermaak? Stay away. I am speaking from my own experience here. I am still trying to repair the damage that he's done 6 months ago. There is a possibility that the damage is for life and nothing can be done anymore.

I only had good experiences with Dr. Amin, he always explained everything in a kind and professional way. Communication in English was perfect, and for expats this is very important. I recently had a severe tooth pain, I got an apointment very fast and Amin fixed my issue. He saved my Xmas holidays :) Prices are good and the staff has always been friendly, even by phone.

I went there after a colleague recommended this dentist to me and I couldn't be happier about the choice. Dr Amin is great, he clearly shows and explains what needs to be done and is always professional and caring. On the side, he is also curing my fear of dentists.

Bad communication After my 1st consultation with the orthodontic dentist i was informed that the treatment would entail another appointment for the scans and another to come and collect the retainers. The scans were done however by a different person to the initial dentist. During this consultation no explanation was offered to let me know what was going on nor was the person assisting me able to answer my questions on the treatment. She informed me that the initial dentist would be in touch with me in the coming days to explain further steps and to answer my questions. I waited and never received any communication from the clinic since. I reached out telephonically after a month (02 March 22) to follow up and was told that the assistant will call me back the following day once she’s spoken to the dentist. To no avail. I called back again numerous times following up and got the same story that I’ll be called back. Which never happened. Long short, after calling 5 times and sending an email I am now (9 March 2022) told to set another appointment- it is not clear what this appointment is for- whether to collect the retainers or if anything else is needed. The assistant on the phone seemed impatient and dismissive to my questions. The clinic was recommended to me by a trusted friend but to be honest (except for the experience with Dr Amin-he’s professional ) the rest of my experience with the orthodontics team has been cold and unprofessional. Really disappointing.
