Ondanks de strikte annuleringsvoorwaarden van de eigenaar hebben ze het probleem snel kunnen oplossen en ervoor gezorgd dat we onze reservering toch konden annuleren. Nogmaals dank voor jullie flexibiliteit!
The Nice2stay team helped us very professionally, understandingly and quickly after we had booked a wrong house (as well as an initial deposit). Despite the owner's strict cancellation policy, they were able to quickly resolve the issue and make sure we could cancel our reservation anyway. Thanks again for your flexibility!

Unfortunately due to the crisis it was not possible to visit the location.
The nice2stay Team, tried so hard to solve the problems in the best possible way.
I can only say I am more than happy about booking with nice2stay so far.
I guess I wasn‘t an uncomplicated customer, but the team was more than friendly, kind and I really feel like booking a premium product and service.
Thank you very much for everything, I am looking forward to our trip and more to come in the future.

This time, i have had the opportunity to test one: house was great, local house service very kind and welcoming and nice2stay has been very responsive throughout. What a pleasure in these difficult Covid times... Will do it again!
a little advice: be a bit more english oriented for those who are not dutch speaking..!
