Werkt heel netjes/precies en is ook klantvriendelijk. Wat een fijne zaak om je audio-/ tv- artikelen te kopen. At Audio TV Centrum you are “seen” as a customer and you are excellently guided towards a purchase decision that is in line with your personal wishes and possibilities. Menno was our salesperson: very customer-friendly and professional. Erick placed and installed the TV with us: knowledgeable and patient. Works very neatly/precisely and is also customer-friendly. Doordat zij de juiste vragen stellen kwam ik erachter dat ik geen home cinema set zocht maar een hoge kwaliteit stereo set. Uiteindelijk erg goed geholpen door Menno. Fijn gesprek gehad en erg goede informatie gekregen! Nu thuis, als zeer te vreden klant met geluid waar je u tegen zegt! Ik raad iedereen aan om hier een kijkje te gaan nemen als je van hoge kwaliteit audio houd! Very nice store with great staff! Very professional and yet very informal. Because they ask the right questions, I found out that I was not looking for a home cinema set, but a high-quality stereo set. In the end, very well helped by Menno. We had a great conversation and received very good information! Now at home, as a very satisfied customer with sound that you say to you! I recommend everyone to check this out if you like high quality audio!

Bezorging en het installeren van mijn nieuwe TV is prima verlopen. Helaas nog niet alles onder controle wat de bijgeleverde afstandsbediening betreft, daarom zal ik hier nog e.e.a over moeten lezen in de bijgeleverde beschrijving, dan wel navraag doen in de winkel. Wat betreft de 1e review in deze ben ik het niet geheel eens vw betreft Prijs en aanbod, als je goed zoekt zijn de aanbiedingen geheel verschillend, maar is de service & kwaliteit toch ook van groot belang en een groot VERSCHIL, en dat is toch wat de meesten prefereren. Wide assortment, good information, good service, do not you have some questions or comments, I do not want to mention here. Delivery and installation of my new TV went well. Unfortunately not everything under control with regard to the supplied remote, so I will here e.e.a have read about in the supplied description, or inquire at the store. Why seek far as the 1st review of this I do not entirely agree vw regards price and supply, as you well any offers completely different, but the service and quality still of great importance and a big difference, and that's what most prefer.
E	Eddy Rutten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn hier al jaren klant, ondanks dat het niet direct naast de deur ligt en in er in Den Bosch ook genoeg audio zaken te vinden zijn. Elke zaak kan iets verkopen of adviseren en als je tevreden bent over de oplossing dan was het advies toch goed, je bent immers tevreden. Maar waar je in mijn beleving een goed bedrijf aan kan herkennen is de service die er na de verkoop is. Wij hebben pech gehad met een aantal items uit onze bestelling, barstjes in lak laag Dynaudio speaker, spikes voor onder Spectral meubel die maar niet paste door fout van Spectral, NAD T787 die 6x defect ging in 3 jaar tijd. En toch zie je hier 5* staan, waarom omdat alles iedere keer super fijn en netjes is opgelost. De NAD T787 is in het 3e jaar, na aandringen van Audio TV Centrum door de importeur omgeruild voor een nieuwe NAD T777v3. Toen deze vorige week (ruim na de 5 jaars garantie periode van eerste aankoop) een defect heeft wordt deze alsnog binnen garantie opgelost, wederom door de inzet Audio TV centrum. Kijk en dat noem ik dus Service! We have been a customer here for years, even though it is not right next door and there are also plenty of audio shops in Den Bosch. Every business can sell or advise something and if you are satisfied with the solution then the advice was good, after all you are satisfied. But in my experience you can recognize a good company by the service that is available after the sale. We had bad luck with a number of items from our order, cracks in the paint layer of Dynaudio speaker, spikes for under Spectral furniture that did not fit due to a mistake by Spectral, NAD T787 that broke down 6 times in 3 years. And yet you see 5 * here, why because everything is solved super fine and neat every time. After the insistence of Audio TV Centrum, the NAD T787 was exchanged by the importer for a new NAD T777v3 in the 3rd year. When it has a defect last week (well after the 5-year warranty period of the first purchase), it is still resolved within warranty, again by using the Audio TV center. Look, that's what I call Service!

A good range of products, from very good quality with reasonable prices to high end equipment. When looking for a new turntable and two speakers to complete an almost out-of-date Marantz amplifier, Menno gave me proper advice at the store, and a few days later Toine took the time and patience needed to combine (incl. super audio bluray and tv) to make it all work properly at home! Not only two professionals, but also very nice guys to deal with; exctly the reason why you go to a specialist store instead of a retail giant.
