★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebeld en afspraak gemaakt voor het vervangen van mijn grips (golfset). Speciaal naar Eindhoven gereden waar mij (tegen de gemaakte afspraak in) doodleuk werd medegedeeld dat dit twee dagen duurt. Enig begrip dat er een afspraak was gemaakt werd terzijde geschoven met de opmerking dat ik maar een klacht moest indienen. Situatie gemeld bij het hoofdkantoor die het gewoon teruglegt bij het filiaal (u wordt teruggebeld). Oftewel: de slager keurt zijn eigen vlees. Was voorheen (bij Twan) een heel prettige winkel, echter heeft filiaalleider Robbert dit vakkundig de nek om gedraaid. Mij zien de daar niet meer. Overigens, je raadt wel of ik ben teruggebeld.....;-)
Called and made an appointment to replace my grips (golf set). Specially drove to Eindhoven where I was told (against the agreement) that this will take two days. Any understanding that an agreement had been made was pushed aside with the comment that I should just file a complaint. Situation reported to the head office who simply returns it to the branch (you will be called back). In other words: the butcher inspects his own meat. It used to be a very pleasant shop (at Twan), but branch manager Robbert has skilfully killed this. They don't see me there anymore. By the way, you can guess if I have been called back ..... ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijna alle golfspullen komen hier vandaan. Je wordt altijd keurig geholpen en het assortiment is groot. Personeel heeft veel kennis of het nu om clubs of kleding gaat. Zeer tevreden met de service!
Almost all golf equipment comes from here. You are always neatly helped and the range is large. Staff has a lot of knowledge whether it concerns clubs or clothing. Very satisfied with the service!
