Zusätzlich guter Service auch nach Kauf der Ware, wenn z.B. die Brille nachgestellt werden muss oder eine Beanstandung vorliegt. In einem solchen Fall steht das Personal mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und versucht den Sachverhalt zu Gunsten des Kunden optimal zu lösen. Der erste Kontakt und Beratungsversuch kam von Herrn Dario Dresbach. Eine Katastrophe und Unverschämtheit par excellence! Vielleicht ein Optometrist, aber Verkäufer und Kundenberater auf keinen Fall. Unfreundlich, empathielos und alles andere als sympathisch! Thanks to Mrs. Nadine Schmitz! Great service, very pleasant and open advice from you. If she hadn't come close to me by accident, I would have left the Eye + Ear shop in Wiehl and would certainly not have entered as a customer. Why? The first contact and attempt at advice came from Mr. Dario Dresbach. A catastrophe and insolence par excellence! Maybe an optometrist, but definitely not a seller or customer advisor. Unfriendly, empathetic and anything but personable!

You get very friendly and competent advice here and if something needs to be repaired, it always goes very quickly.
