F	Frank Mueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War wegen Kontaktlinsen dort. Man hat sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen (über 2 Stunden) und alles bis ins Kleinste erklärt und vermessen. Testkontaktlinsen wurden gestellt, sowie Pflegemittel. Dies alles unentgeltlich. Die Auswahl der Brillen hat mir allerdings nicht sonderlich gefallen. Vom Personal würde ich die Dame des Hauses (Inhaberin ?) empfehlen, die allerdings nicht täglich vor Ort ist ? Was there for contact lenses. It took a lot of time for me (over 2 hours) and explained and measured everything down to the smallest detail. Test contact lenses were provided, as well as care products. All this for free. However, I did not particularly like the selection of glasses. From the staff I would recommend the lady of the house (owner?), But not daily on site is?

Ich bin und bleibe hier gerne Kunde! Excellent service as always! My sunglasses, which had been bent due to an accident on my part, were straightened out immediately and free of charge. I like to stay a customer here!

Unglaublich!! Der Service sowie die Auswahl an Gestellen ist sehr gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde das nächste mal wiederkommen. On Wednesdays I chose the glasses frame that was right for me and on Fridays I was able to pick up the glasses with the appropriate glasses. Incredible!! The service and the selection of frames is very good. I am very satisfied and will come back next time.

Die weite Anfahrt hat sich gelohnt und ich komme gerne wieder. Very friendly and competent advice even though I hadn't bought the glasses there and without any waiting time. Ausmessen, kompetenter Beratung, kostenlosen Probelinsen und wertvollen Tipps. Nirgendwo habe ich bisher einen besseren Service erlebt. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut betreut und war zu 100% zufrieden. Hinzu kommt, dass ich gerne unsere lokalen Geschäfte unterstütze und meinen Teil dazu beitrage, dass diese überleben können. Best optician in Oberbergischen - optimal price-performance ratio! Ms. Zapp provided an excellent service including measuring, competent advice, free trial lenses and valuable tips. Nowhere else have I seen better service. I felt very well looked after and was 100% satisfied. In addition, I like to support our local businesses and do my part to ensure that they can survive.
