★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overpriced. Bought LED bulb for €25, but you could buy it in Praxis for €7. They would not refund the unopened products, only offered credit note (for exchanging other overpriced items).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 10 euros for a bulb for a lava lamp which lasted approx a week. Took it back to the shop with a receipt only to be told by the rude & arrogant man that I spoke to that it's "a risk that you take when you buy light bulbs". I was refused a replacement or any sort of refund. An absolutely appalling place that needs to be investigated by the Consumentenbond ASAP. Avoid wasting your money in this rathole at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ €25 for a e27->e40 converter, for which you pay €6 everywhere else + this very rude guy who tried to convince me that this is the normal price. I just walked away. I literally do not have a clue, how this business is surviving. It has to be some kind of drug money laundering cover up. At least, people that work there definitely act like crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt this place is pricey but they stock a massive selection of lighting products, including older and hard to find items. I wouldn't shop here for everyday products though. Customer service is typically Dutch, although the last time I was in there (a couple of weeks ago) they were helpful and friendly. A four star rating may seem high, but if you're really stuck for an older or specialty product then you'll be happy you have this option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly staff at all. Walked in quiet shop asked for downlighs. Guy at door ‘its upstairs’. Asked ‘I would need assistane’. He replied ‘you will find someone on your way’. Other salesman sounded irritated when explaining intelligent light system to me. Was interrupted a few times when asking questions. Also, no refund policy (even if package not opened) - only ‘credit note’. Will only use then if its a absolute must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unprofessional staff. Extremely overpriced in all the items. Bought 2 bulbs there for 3.99Euros EACH. Two days later in Gamma, I found the same type of bulbs for 0.99Euros. Slogan suggestion: "If you feel like being RIPPED off, please go to AURORA Kontakt".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMERS. They advice me adapter with wrong plug. It didn't fit in, so i brought adapter back. I didn't get my money back. Only some stupid credit at the shop. Be side that i payed 27euro for something which cost 13euro.
