★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great small hardware store. One of the few ones left in the city due to all the bigger DIY stores opening up on the outskirts. These guys are savvy and give great advice when asked for and are always up for a laugh. They should get their own reality tv show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop, great service, and often cheaper than the big shops. And unlike the big shops, the owner (Louis) really knows his stuff! If you buy a customer card, you get 10% off all purchases over 10 Euros. Friendly service, good sense of humor.

They stock hinges and locks of every description and can cut most types of keys. In addition to all types of ironware, this is the place to come to for bicycle and car accessories, curtain rails, painting and decorating requirements, electric products, garden and sanitary equipment and much more. There is a bargain corner at the front of the shop which is always worth checking out. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are renowned for their over the counter humour. Service with a laugh and a smile. In the unlikely event that they don't have what you are looking for, they will almost certainly point you in the right direction.
