 Picked up my Suzuki S-Cross yesterday. Honest and neat company. Nice contact with seller Rick, in our case, has arranged everything very neatly, thanks for the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het was even onderhandelen, maar alle partijen waren tevreden met de uitkomst. Wij een andere Suzuki S-Cross van 1 jaar oud en garage Luykx een auto verkocht. En dat voor een prijs waar beiden tevreden over waren.
Het voelde goed toen we bij Luykx binnenkwamen. Een leuk welkom, uiteraard met mondkapjes en afstand houden, maar er werd al snel lekkere koffie uitgedeeld. Een proefrit gemaakt, hoewel we met deze Suzuki in feite al bekend waren.
Maar dit was een zgn smart hybrid uitvoering en met meer veiligheid aan boord. En nu ook met een afneembare trekhaak zodat we wat meer onze e-bikes mee kunnen nemen. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat we heel vriendelijk en vlot zijn geholpen door Rogier. Heel plezierig allemaal, zoals het verliep. En Rogier vertelde dat hij uit de logistiek kwam en bij Luykx uiteindelijk zijn draai heeft gevonden. Een familiebedrijf waar je je thuis voelt. En dat ervaart een klant ook als de sfeer binnen een bedrijf goed is.
Ook meteen set nieuwe winterbanden op onze andere velgen laten zetten die daar dan opgeslagen gaan worden. Scheelt weer ruimte in onze schuur.
We moeten uiteraard de verdere service nog gaan ervaren, maar vooralsnog zijn we zeer netjes en vriendelijk behandeld.

It took some negotiating, but all parties were satisfied with the outcome. We sold another 1 year old Suzuki S-Cross and garage Luykx a car. And that for a price that both were satisfied with.
It felt good when we entered Luykx. A nice welcome, of course with mouth caps and keeping distance, but delicious coffee was soon handed out. Took a test drive, although we were in fact already familiar with this Suzuki.
But this was a so-called smart hybrid version and with more safety on board. And now also with a detachable towbar so that we can take our e-bikes with us a little more. I can only say that we were very kindly and quickly helped by Rogier. Very enjoyable all the way it went. And Rogier said that he came from logistics and eventually found his niche with Luykx. A family business where you feel at home. And a customer also experiences that when the atmosphere within a company is good.
Also immediately have a set of new winter tires put on our other rims, which will then be stored there. Saves space in our shed.
Of course we still have to experience the further service, but for the time being we have been treated very neatly and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suzuki Luykx is a dealer that gives service what is so good that you really are surprised. The service is above a normal expectation. It is a company that put client first. It is more important that the client gets what they need then just try to get as much as money as possible. I am a satisfied customer and I will be there client as long as I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a second hand Suzuki Swift from Auto Lukyx. The specifications mentioned at the website was in compliance with the vehicle. Rogier, our sales consultant, was very helpful and informed about the positive sides and shortcomings of the vehicle transparently. The sales process was smooth and friendly. The small issues are solved before the car is delivered. The extended warranty and maintenance package were provided at a somewhat reasonable price. My experience with the vehicle is quite positive for now, I hope nothing material pops up later. As a last note, the lovely bouquet of flowers of Auto Lukyx are much appreciated by my wife. :)
