★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige week een auto gekocht bij Roy. Het contact verliep prima, zowel via Marktplaats als telefonisch. Proefrit en onderhandelen verliep prima en er zat totaal geen druk achter. Na de terugreis, incl auto, gaf de auto een storing aan en kwam niet meer uit de noodloop. Na contact werd meteen actie ondernomen en is de auto door Roy zelf opgehaald bij mij thuis (120km rijden). De auto is binnen 48uur kosteloos gerepareerd. Prima en betrouwbaar bedrijf!
Purchased a car from Roy last week. The contact went great, both via Marktplaats and by telephone. Test drive and negotiation went great and there was absolutely no pressure behind it. After the return trip, incl. Car, the car indicated a malfunction and did not come out of the emergency run again. After contact, action was taken immediately and the car was picked up by Roy himself at my home (120 km drive). The car is repaired free of charge within 48 hours. Excellent and reliable company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze week by Roy (Autobedrijf Appels), in het altijd gezellige Den Bosch, de prachtige Crystler 300C gekocht.
Al tijdens het eerste telefooncontact was het me duidelijk dat Roy staat voor zijn bedrijf met een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheid en uistekende service.
Tijdens de afspraak voor een proefrit stond de koffie klaar en werden alle complete documenten (onderhouds historie, etc.) keurig getoont.
De auto werd voorzien van een nieuwe APK, keurig gepoetst en onderhoudsbeurt.
Het was overduidelijk dat de aanschaf een goede keuze was.
De auto is in topstaat en afgeleverd zoals het hoort.
Hij rijd als een limo.
Kortom Roy (Autobedrijf Appels) is wat mij betreft een uitstekend bedrijf waar je met een gerust hart tot aanschaf van een auto over kunt gaan
