β β β β β Picked up my new lease car and was assisted in a nice way. Nothing wrong with the service, the one thing financially that is strange is a delivery package of 100 euro that nobody can explain to me. The only thing that did bother me was the fact that the 1.5 meter distance due to COVID-19 was not kept at all times and while van den Udenhout states that they work according to the RIVM guidelines I have witnessed that this is not the case. Don't get me wrong it is hard to comply to these rules but I was expecting a little more effort, for example the room were a new VW is presented to a customer is too narrow to ensure distance is kept. Maybe not ideal but perhaps move it outside in a tent?
