had een lekke band maar niet de juiste wielbouten.
dus daar sta je dan.
maar alle lof voor deze garage.
de medewerkers hebben echt hun best gedaan om mij weer op weg te helpen.
bedankt jongens

had a flat tire but not the right wheel bolts.
so there you are.
but all the praise for this garage.
the employees really did their best to get me started again.

β β β β β Een van de beter Land rover en Jaguar dealers in Nederland.
Helaas al enkele keren pech gehad met mijn auto, maar alles wordt niet alleen keurig binnen garantie opgelost, maar ook met leenauto's, koffie en een gezellig gesprek wordt veel goed gemaakt!!
One of the better Land Rover and Jaguar dealers in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately I have had bad luck with my car a few times, but everything is not only neatly solved within warranty, but also with loan cars, coffee and a nice conversation a lot is made up for !!

β β β β β Reactie van de SERVICEmanager op de vraag of ik misschien eerder geholpen kan worden dan eind maart. Ik citeer zijn reactie: βer valt hier altijd wel iets te regelen, maar qua tijd kan ik niets, het is vol..... ik kan geen tijd bij maken...β Overgewaardeerd personeel wat mij betreft. Deze meneer koffie laten zetten is het minst schadelijk voor The Adventure denk ik.
Response of the SERVICE manager to the question whether I might be able to be helped earlier than at the end of March. I quote his response: "there is always something to be arranged here, but in terms of time I cannot do anything, it is full ..... I cannot make time ..." Overvalued staff as far as I'm concerned. Having this gentleman make coffee is the least harmful to The Adventure, I think.

β β β β β Super service! Hebben mij geholpen met het alarmsysteem van mijn auto. Verschillende landrover dealers snapte er niks van. Ik kreeg Marco aan de lijn en het was allemaal zo geregeld! Zeker een aanrader!
Great service! Helped me with my car alarm system. Several land rover dealers did not understand it. I got Marco on the phone and it was all arranged in no time! Highly recommended!

β β β β β Rip off artists- I booked my 4 year old range rover in for a service and APK. Service was completed but I was informed it had failed the APK due to the rear seatbelts not working properly and needed to be changed cost of seat belts 600 euros plus fitting costs. They would need to be ordered so best if I could leave my car with them for a few days. I refused as I couldnt believe the seat belts had failed on a 4 year old range rover so paid for the service and picked up my car that evening. Went home and could find nothing wrong with the seat belts.Then drove back to the garage most people had left as it was nearly 6pm on Friday evening. Spoke to an employee who walked with me to the car. He also could find no fault. He called a mechanic who also could find no fault. But due to the time they couldnt offer me a solution and asked me to bring my car back in Monday. I decided that I would like a second opinion so took my car instead on Monday to an independent APK station and advised them that it had failed last friday due to supposedly a problem with the rear seat belts
It passed APK no problem. The seat belts were not defective!
Adventure Den Bosch would have charged me 1000 euros to repair a problem that they made up. I have always used main dealers on the assumption they could be trusted and take the best care of my car. Needless to say I will not return to the adventure den bosch and will always have the opinion that they are rip off artists ....be warned
