L	Lea Flintrop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den ersten Termin hatte ich am 04.02. für eine Garantie Arbeit und für den ersten Service. Freundlicher Empfang und nette Mitarbeiter. Einen Leihwagen habe ich auch bekommen und als mein Fahrzeug fertig war, wurde ich auch angerufen, dass ich mein Auto abholen könnte. Als ich dort ankam und in mein Auto stieg, war ich etwas schockiert. Ich gab mein Fahrzeug mit einer Restlaufstrecke von 190km ab und einem Verbrauch von 5.8l/100km. Als ich jedoch mein Auto startete, war mein Tank nur noch bei einer Restlaufstrecke von knapp 100km und mein Verbrauch lag bei 11.5l/100km!! Als ich Zuhause ankam, erzählte ich dies meinem Freund (der selbst KFZ Meister ist) und er rief dort an, um einmal nachzuhaken. Am Telefon gab man meinen Freund auch Zustimmung und man sagte ihm auch, dass sowas natürlich nicht so toll ist. ——— Heute, am 22.02. hatte ich wieder einen Termin bezüglich der Garantie Arbeit. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter mit dem mein Freund bezüglich meines Autos schon telefoniert hatte, sprach mich noch einmal auf den Vorfall an. Ich erklärte ihm dies und sagte ihm, dass sowas nicht in Ordnung ist und sowas nicht geht. Ich traf leider aus welchem Grund auch immer, auf Unverständnis und stellte mich im Endeffekt als Lügnerin?! Dar und glaubte mir kein Wort diesbezüglich. Ich sagte ihm dann, dass ich in diesem Autohaus meine Garantie Arbeit angefangen habe und sie dort auch gern vollenden lassen würde, allerdings möchte ich nicht weiterhin her kommen, da mir der Service einfach nicht gefällt! Daraufhin gab der Herr mir meinen Schlüssel wieder und sagte mir „hier haben sie den Schlüssel, dann fahren Sie doch woanders hin.“ Entschuldigung, aber redet man so mit einem Kunden? Wenn man mich fragt, was passiert ist, sollte man vielleicht auch ein wenig Kritik einstecken können. Zumal er meinem Freund am Telefon zustimmte, was passiert ist! Also bin ich umsonst 40km gefahren. ??‍♀️ Ich würd am liebsten keinen einzigen Stern geben, aber da dies nicht geht, muss ich ja leider einen geben. Ich kann dieses Autohaus nicht weiter empfehlen, wirklich nicht. I had the first appointment on February 4th. for a guarantee work and for the first service. Friendly welcome and nice staff. I also got a rental car and when my vehicle was ready I was called to pick up my car. When I got there and got in my car, I was a bit shocked. I handed in my vehicle with a remaining distance of 190km and a consumption of 5.8l / 100km. When I started my car, however, my tank was only at a remaining distance of almost 100km and my consumption was 11.5l / 100km! When I got home, I told my friend (who is a master mechanic himself) and he called there to ask about it. On the phone, my boyfriend was given his approval and he was also told that this is of course not so great. ——— Today, on February 22nd I had another appointment regarding the guarantee work. The employee in charge, with whom my friend had already phoned about my car, spoke to me again about the incident. I explained this to him and told him that something was wrong and something like that doesn't work. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I met a lack of understanding and in the end presented myself as a liar ?! Dar and didn't believe me a word about it. I then told him that I started my warranty work in this dealership and that I would like to have it completed there, but I don't want to keep coming because I just don't like the service! Thereupon the Lord gave me my key back and said to me, "Here you have the key, then go somewhere else." Sorry, but is that how you talk to a customer? If you ask me what happened, maybe you should be able to take a little criticism. Especially since he agreed to what happened to my friend on the phone! So I drove 40km for free. ??‍♀️ I would prefer not to give a single star, but since this does not work, I unfortunately have to give one. I can't recommend this dealership, really not.
