★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 3,5 Monaten Bau- und Wartezeit meines neuen VW T-Roc Cabriolet konnte ich ihn heute endlich abholen. Von der Probefahrt und Bestellung bis zur Abholung war alles Bestens. Das Personal war stets freundlich und gut gelaunt.
Besonderer Dank an Herrn Jan Seefeldt. Besser hätte die Kommunikation und der Service nicht sein können. Ich bin zufrieden und sehr glücklich und da hat er sehr viel zu beigetragen! Top Top Top!

 After 3.5 months of building and waiting my new VW T-Roc Cabriolet, I was finally able to pick it up today. From the test drive and order to the pick-up, everything was perfect. The staff was always friendly and in a good mood.
Special thanks to Mr. Jan Seefeldt. The communication and the service couldn't have been better. I am satisfied and very happy and he has contributed a lot to that! Top Top Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betrieb liegt zentral an einer Zugangsstrasse. Der Verkaufsraum ist groß und übersichtlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und nett. Allerdings ist hier zu bemerken, daß zu einem laufenden Auftrag auch nach mehrmaligen Anrufen Rückmeldung erst nach mehreren Stunden kam.
Desweiteren wurde ich als Kunde- bei einem Termin- noch etwas länger in die Warteecke gesetzt wurde. Das kann für solch einen Betrieb auf keinen Fall sein. Hier sollte sich mal die Geschäftsleitung Gedanken über Kunden machen. Schade.
The company is centrally located on an access road. The sales room is large and clearly laid out. The staff is friendly and kind. It should be noted, however, that a current order was only given several hours later, even after repeated calls.
Furthermore, as a customer - at an appointment - I was put in the waiting corner for a little longer. That cannot be the case for such a company. Here the management should think about customers. Too bad.

Mir hat gut gefallen wie uns nach einem Totalschaden an unserem alten Auto die Abwicklung von Abgabe des kaputten Autos bis Verkauf und Zulassung eines sehr guten Gebrauchtwagen sehr vereinfacht wurde. Vielen Dank. Mit dem neuen Gebrauchten bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Very friendly and competent team. Good advice and service. Fair pricing. I really liked how, after a total write-off on our old car, the handling of the handover of the broken car through to the sale and registration of a very good used car was made much easier. First of all I would like to thank Mr. Hamurcu who has sold the car to me for his professionalism.
He did his best to provide my car at earliest as possible, I'll give him 5 stars.
Secondly, I'd like to give 4/5 star to Autohaus Minrath Outlet because of missing communication and disinformation. I called them 3 times in different days, to ask some information about the car and make a reservation, but they told me that car was sold (car was reserved by someone for 2 days only). Until I managed to call Mr. Hamurcu and talk to him directly.
He helped me to reserve the car and sign the contract.
He reported to me every steps of car preparation for hand over (TUV, Export Plates and its paper works were handled by him, cleaning etc.)

I needed the registration process done quickly because my old car wasn’t drivable and they made a genuine effort to cut down the time and to make sure I was able to drive the car home in good time. True professionals and above all amazing human beings. Cinrad Hamurcu is a great person to work with and him and his colleagues made this purchase smooth, fast, and fair. If I could give 10 stars I would.
