M	Mark Backmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehrere Telefonate mit dem Herren geführt. Kaum war ich da ist die Ausstattung nicht so wie gesagt und der Zustand von Außen auch nicht. Diesen Beule etc. Xenonscheinwerfer hatte er nicht wie beschrieben, demnach sind wir in seine Werkstatt gegangen zu einem Montour er sagte das Xenon kann man nicht nachrüsten. Darauf hin drehte sich der Verkäufer mit dem Rücken zu mir und fragte den Montour ein zweites Mal. Darauf hin sagte der Montour das wäre ganz leicht umzubsuen. Es gibt durchaus Kunden die gerne bei dem kaufen mögen, aber wenn ich so über Ohr gehauen werden soll würden ich die Firma nicht gerne empfehlen. Der ältere Verkäufer hatte sich in die Werkstatt verkrümelt als ich ihn zu Rede stellen wollte. Several phone calls led by the gentleman. M	Markus Schnitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Service wobei man unhöflich behandelt wird und sich nicht an Absprachen gegalten weden.Termine werden nicht eingehalten sodas man sich auf langes warten einstellen sollte was am Ende der Kunde selbst schuld ist. Für mich eine Katastrophen Werkstatt die einen auf freundlich macht...Nicht mal ein Stern werd Very bad service where you are treated rude and not on agreements Weden.Termine will not be respected sodas you should wait long wait what the customer is to blame. For me a disaster workshop that makes you friendly ... Not even a star

Vielen Dank dafür. Bei weitem der schlechteste Service und Umgang den ich seit langem erlebt habe. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen. The dealer says on the phone that a warranty for the vehicle is possible to tell me after 2 1/2 hours drive that no guarantee is possible. Thanks a lot for this. By far the worst service and dealings I have experienced in a long time. Not to be recommended.
