Niet veel kilometers gemaakt maar die paar waren de moeite waard.
Service aan het loket was heel fijn en verliep soepel. Top!
Volgende verhuizing komen we zeker weer bij jullie uit.
 The bus was fantastic and drove wonderfully.
Not many miles on it but those few were worth it.
Service at the counter was very nice and smooth. Top!

Reed geweldig, makkelijk op te halen, goede uitleg, goede controle van eventuele schade en ook weer vlotte afhandeling bij het retour brengen. Wij doen dit volgend jaar weer: ideaal zo’n grote bus huren met deze service.
We rented a bus for our vacation to Austria with our family. Excellent service at Diks: good agreements and an excellent bus. Drove great, easy to pick up, good explanation, good control of any damage and also smooth handling when returning. We will do this again next year: ideally renting such a large bus with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An over the phone reservation was quick, simple and informative, whilst registration upon arrival three days later was just as easy, with rapid service.
The vehicle I required wasn't available so I was offered an upgrade without extra cost.
A tour of the vehicle to make a video record of existing damage was recommended by the staff, who also gave instruction on how to operate the tail-lift.
The vehicle was driven without trouble and operated reliably for the duration of the rental.
Filling the tank to full just before the end of the rental left me happily surprised at how little fuel had been consumed on my 125km journey.
Drop-off to, and inspection by the Diks staff was just as prompt as at the beginning, and the excess funds from the obligatory deposit was refunded to me in about 48-hours.
A great customer experience that will ensure that when I next require to hire a van, I shall definitely return to Diks (Amstelveen Spinnerij).
