★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. It's just few minute walk from Amsterdam central station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got a good car with very quick paper work. The place is well design. It's very modern and comfortable. There are many chairs, tables for you to have a quick break while waiting for your car. Complimentary tea, coffee and water are available for yourself too.

As I travel globally on a regular basis and often depend upon rentals I can say that Paul epitomises not only excellent service but also a spirit which will certainly guarantee my and my wife's return to the Amsterdam office. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were kicked out from the place very impolitely but the employee.
We booked a car from Alamo and turns out they only accept credit cards and not debit cards which is completely fine understandable, I should’ve read the T&Cs (considering I had just rented a car from Hertz in Belgium 2 days before with a debit card). So we sat on the couch in the shop to find another place to rent from considering it’s very cold outside and we already checked our from our hotel. 5min later the enterprise employee comes to us and very impolitely asks us to leave the store and sit outside! In the cold! Noting it was only me, my wife, and 2 other people in the store with more space for another 2-4 people.
The lack of hospitality is unacceptable. I would never rent from Alamo, Enterprise, or National ever moving forward.

car without winter tires ‘for skiing trip’ - ‘u can drive with this tires to DE, IT etc but are not ensured’.., upcharge of 180 Euro for winter tires (in Feb?!?) and pick up delayed by over 1 hour...
Friendly personal with no power to make any customer oriented decision.
You guys lost me & many of my friends as customers.
Do you even care as a Company? I’ll see ..
