β β β β β I did not have a Dutch credit card, and had problem with my other credit card. However i had more than enough money on my Dutch debit card, this place still was not able to rent me a car. But the guy drove me home in the middle to pick up my other card i must admit.

this branch has a unique service attitude, they will strive to assist you and provide you with the best service.
the cars were always in very good condition clean and ready to use.

β β β β β Horrible experience! Rented a car a few days in advance, called to confirm the reservation and payment details. They assured me that everything is fine and it is possible to pay with my cousin's credit card, if she will be with me in the car. When I came to pick up the car, they refused to give it to me. I understand that you have payment rules, but please don't give wrong information, but consult your manager when you say something to your customers! This way I would still have time to find another company and another car, and not cancel my trip!

β β β β β Best rental car company in Maastricht! We rented several times with this company and we never have been disappointed. The service is great. Friendly staff and you can rent easily and fast without any problems. I would totally recommend using them if you need to rent a car for a night/ a week end or more!

β β β β β Very good service. We got a free upgrade to the newest Volkswagen Troc. A fantastic car to drive! Once we returned the car, the friendly staff offered us a lift home (only 1 km away) because it almost started to storm. Would definitely recommend!

β β β β β We used their services a few times. Overall, it's a decent service except for a time when I called to ask if they accept debit Mastercard cards. The guy on the phone was obviously lying that they don't, which turned out to not be the case when my husband came to pay for the car a few days later.
