Dafür konnten wir schnell und unkompliziert einen Beratungstermin finden, nochmal verschieben und bekamen eine erstklassige Beratung ohne dass uns etwas aufgedrückt wurde. Vielmehr kam nach unserer Entscheidung sogar noch ungefragt ein Hinweis auf eine Einsparmöglichkeit. Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen waren ebenfalls äußerst fair, die Ware einwandfrei und auch nach Abschluss des Kaufvertrages war die Kommunikation ausgesprochen klar und einfach. Wir waren immer bestens informiert und bekamen bei Fragen immer eine kurzfristige wie valide Reaktion! Wir hatten rundherum ein überraschend angenehmes Beschaffungserlebnis. Ich hatte mir selbstverschuldet erst einen Schreibtischstuhl ausgesucht, der leider nicht langzeittauglich war. Der Stuhl wurde problemlos zurückgenommen und gegen ein anderes Exemplar getauscht, welches ich sogar noch 2 Tage testen durfte bevor ich es bezahlt habe. Absolut empfehlenswerte Firma! Very competent advice. Excellent service and exceptional goodwill. It was my own fault that I first chose a desk chair that was unfortunately not suitable for long-term use. The chair was taken back without any problems and exchanged for another copy, which I was even allowed to test for 2 days before I paid for it. Absolutely recommendable company!
