Die Lieferung meines neuen Bürostuhls erfolgte sehr schnell und der Stuhl wurde von Herrn Schneider vor Ort in meinem Büro an meine Bedürfnisse eingestellt und erklärt. Besser kann Service nicht sein! Very good advice and great products (not just office chairs). Despite Corona measures, the advice and the trial sitting at the location in Ratingen worked great. My new office chair was delivered very quickly and the chair was adjusted and explained to my needs by Mr. Schneider on site in my office. Service couldn't be better!

Geduldig hat uns Herr Schneider durch die Vorzüge der verschiedenen Exemplare gelotst. Denn Nachteile hat eigentlich kein Stuhl, er muß nur dem "Besitzer" gefallen. In der großen Auswahl konnten wir so zügig den richtigen Stuhl identifizieren und haben ihn auch gleich mitgenommen. Kompetente Beratung, schnelle Abwicklung, freundlicher Service. In times of home office and video conferencing, a new office chair was needed for the boss. Mr. Schneider patiently guided us through the advantages of the various specimens. Because actually no chair has disadvantages, it just has to please the "owner". We were able to quickly identify the right chair from the large selection and took it with us right away. Sehr gefallen hat mir, dass in dem Gespräch die Beratung vordergründig war und nicht der Verkauf. Mir wurden die Gesichtspunkte der Ergonomie am Arbeitsplatz in Ruhe erläutert und alle Infos, die ich bekam, waren genau auf meine Situation (im Homeoffice) zugeschnitten. Ich konnte aus einer breiten Auswahl an Dekoren auswählen und habe den Sitz-Stehtisch genau so bekommen, wie ich ihn haben wollte. Da ich Sonderwünsche hinsichtlich der Optik und meiner speziellen räumlichen Situation im Homeoffice hatte, wurde der Tisch für mich bestellt. Die Auftragsabwicklung war super transparent und ich erhielt Informationen per E-Mail, ohne dass ich hinterher telefonieren musste. So kannte ich immer den aktuellen Stand meiner Bestellung. Der Sitz-Stehtisch passt perfekt in meine vier Wände zu Hause und ich nutze ihn sehr viel. Meine Rückenbeschwerden haben sich seitdem deutlich gebessert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort kaufen. Die Firma liegt ganz in der Nähe des Breitscheider Kreuzes A3/A52 und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Kunden-Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, sie liegen direkt vor dem ebenerdigen Eingang. I bought a sit-stand table from Felix Schneider GmbH and received excellent advice. I really liked the fact that the focus of the conversation was on advice and not on sales. The aspects of ergonomics at the workplace were explained to me in peace and all the information I received was tailored exactly to my situation (in the home office). I was able to choose from a wide selection of decors and got the sit-stand table exactly how I wanted it. Since I had special requests regarding the look and my special spatial situation in the home office, the table was ordered for me. Order processing was super transparent and I received information via email without having to make a phone call afterwards. So I always knew the current status of my order. The sit-stand table fits perfectly into my four walls at home and I use it a lot. Since then, my back problems have improved significantly. I would buy there again anytime. The company is very close to the Breitscheider Kreuz A3/A52 and is easily accessible. There are enough customer parking spaces, they are located directly in front of the ground-level entrance.
