Vervolgens worden afspraken nauwelijks nageleefd, daar moet je flink je best voor doen waarbij het ware gezicht v Avezaat duidelijk wordt. Heb mij sterk vergist, dit is geen aannemer maar een ordinaire ronselaar. Het resultaat vind ik beneden peil. If you like rough and rude .. En last but not least, tegen een zeer goede prijs! Avezaat has removed the asbestos from the facade with us (6 houses). They did this well and professionally. Staff were nice and tidy. And last but not least, at a very good price!

Staan milieu en natuur bij u hoger in het vaandel dan lomp en goedkoop dan zou ik hier niet voor kiezen. Bijvoorbeeld: wat zij schoon puin noemen zit vol met plastic en metalen onderdelen. En omdat dit waarschijnlijk nog niet genoeg is, gaan verpakkingsmaterialen mee onder het puin. Bij sloopwerk vliegen plastic en piepschuim de openbare ruimte in. Dat dit soort dingen al zichtbaar zijn, zegt een hoop over wat er mogelijk nog meer te vinden is als men tot onderzoek zou komen. Van Avezaat zelf schat ik in als type die met name omzet belangrijk vindt en het niet zal laten het een en ander onder het tapijt te schuiven. Dat laatste is een aanname en dat maak ik op uit z'n grove mond en het feit dat hij z'n tank laat draaien als hij zijn werknemers komt controleren, en commanderen; niet het meest genuanceerde en geïnteresseerde type aangaande zijn omgeving verder dan de reikwijdte van zijn tank.
