- medewerkers roddelen onderling over cliënten
- je wordt als client totaal niet serieus genomen
- groot gebrek aan empathie bij de contactpersonen
- komen afspraken niet na
- totaal geen inleving in leefomstandigheden van de client
- als client iets aangeeft is ze vooral lastig en dit laten ze ook merken
- voor je het week zit je weken zonder hulp. let op. dit was een wmo adres, hulp is geen luxe voor dit soort mensen die het zelf niet kunnen en afhankelijk zijn
- er gaat elke week wel wat mis
- personeel weet niet wat poetsen is, ook niet hygienisch
- ook als je dat aangeeft ben je vooral een zeur
- ze verneuken je spullen, maar vergoeden ho maar. gaan met je in discussie, belachelijk
zoek aub door want niemand wordt gelukkig hiervan, zeker niet afhankelijke mensen in kwetsbare positie.
