W	Wim van Vliet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een prachtige ambiance met een mooi uitzicht op de Singel met vooral in de lente, zomer en herfst veel grappige plezierboten, vol enthousiastelingen, die voorbij varen. In de winter zou het zomaar kunnen gebeuren, dat de singel bevroren is en er naar harte lust geschaatst wordt! Er is een heerlijke douchecabine en een toilet met vast wastafeltje, een aanrecht met een mogelijkheid voor een electrisch oventje, een ruim tweepersoonsbed, een bar om het allerheerlijkste ontbijt te nuttigen en een zithoek met flatscreen tv en uitzicht op de Weerdsingel. Heel attente en duidelijke omgang met de eigenaar van deze B @ B. A beautiful ambiance with a beautiful view of the Singel, with lots of funny pleasure boats, full of enthusiasts, sailing past, especially in the spring, summer and autumn. In the winter it could just happen that the canal is frozen and skating to your heart's content! There is a wonderful shower cabin and a toilet with a washbasin, a counter with the possibility for an electric oven, a spacious double bed, a bar to enjoy the most delicious breakfast and a seating area with flat screen TV and a view of the Weerdsingel. Very attentive and clear interaction with the owner of this B @ B.
P	P W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wel.wat prijzig maar.....leuk, netjes,schoon, vriendelijk en heerlijk ontbijt. Dus eigenlijk niet zeuren over de prijs?. Prachtig aan de singel, op loop afstand vele leuke winkels en koffie/eet gelegenheden, kortom gewoon goed en positieve aanrader!! A bit pricey but ..... nice, neat, clean, friendly and delicious breakfast. So don't really complain about the price?. Beautiful on the canal, within walking distance many nice shops and coffee / eating places, in short, just good and positive recommendation !!
B	Bas Meijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg leuke en nette + mooi gelegen B&B. De gastheer is reuze aardig en de ligging is perfect. Nabij het centrum en vlakbij het Griftpark (10 min). Heerlijk ontbijt en de auto parkeren is ook geen probleem, die kan gewoon in de privé garage. Al met al helemaal TOP. Very nice and neat + beautifully located B&B. The host is very nice and the location is perfect. Near the center and near the Griftpark (10 min). Delicious breakfast and parking the car is also no problem, you can just park it in the private garage. All in all, absolutely TOP.

Clean and comfortable with everything we needed and fantastic breakfasts served fresh every day. Menno is excellent host, he was very responsive, super attentive and accommodating. The location of this B&B is perfect, facing the canal, in the center of Utrecht literally minutes walking to any point of interest in the old town, but very quiet and away from crowds. Great value! We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting this lovely town.
