★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige locatie midden in de binnenstad (slechts 5 minuten lopen van het station), leuk appartement en een super vriendelijke gastheer die een heerlijk ontbijt voor ons in de koelkast had gezet. Een echte aanrader!
Great location in the middle of the city center (only 5 minutes walk from the station), nice apartment and a super friendly host who had put a delicious breakfast in the fridge for us. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dette var et veldig hyggelig sted å komme til. En liten leilighet midt i gamlebyen i Utrecht. Trappene er bratte, men for et voksent par er dette perfekt. En smalere seng i tillegg til dobbeltsenga gjorde det helt fint også for to venner, slik vi var. Interiøret er smakfullt, uteområdet sjarmerende. Verten er effektiv og hyggelig, frokosten er god. Jeg reiser gjerne tilbake til Utrecht og Rosendael B&B.
This was a very nice place to come to. A small apartment in the middle of the old town of Utrecht. The stairs are steep, but for an adult couple this is perfect. A narrower bed in addition to the double bed made it just fine for two friends, as we were. The interior is tasteful, the outdoor area charming. The host is efficient and nice, the breakfast is good. I like to travel back to Utrecht and Rosendael B&B.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slaapkamer, woonkamer met open keukentje, plus badkamer met douche. Service uitstekend, kamers hebben een opknapbeurt nodig. Divers mankementen zoals half verstopt doucheputje en lampen die het niet deden. Internet goed beter als in een hotel zoals een NH-hotel waar je constant loopt te vloeken op een gratis geen verbinding. Locatie in het centrum. Zeer geschikt voor een dagje uit. Prijs OK.
Bedroom, living room with open kitchen, plus bathroom with shower. Service excellent, rooms need a makeover. Various defects such as half clogged shower drain and lamps that did not work. Good internet better than in a hotel such as an NH hotel where you constantly swear on a free no connection. Location in the center. Great for a day out. Price OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay at the Rosendael B&B. Right in the heart of the city, you can reach anywhere. Close to the mall and train station. Breakfast is amazing and the place is so comfortable. I would only come here if I were to come back to Utrecht.
