I	Ingo Ott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr groß. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Es ist sehr sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Man kommt aus der Tür und man steht schon fast im Zentrum. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. The room and bathroom are very large. There is a small refrigerator. It's very clean. The bed is very comfortable. You come out the door and you are almost in the center. It was a nice stay. Gladly again.

Totaal telefonisch onbereikbaar. Hun website werkt ook niet. Ze komt aan bij het gebouw en het lukt niet om binnen te komen met de code (er is geen receptie, alleen een kastje met een code). Nog steeds telefonisch onbereikbaar. Uiteindelijk besluit ze erg vermoeid dan maar op een bankje te gaan slapen (eind herfst). Gelukkig kwam ze nog mensen tegen bij wie ze binnen op de bank kon slapen. Dit hele verhaal doet de telefonische receptioniste enkele dagen later weinig tot niets. Geen restitutie, geen enkel gebaar, nauwelijks een woord van medeleven. "Wij hebben de goede code doorgegeven, en ja wij kunnen er ook niets aan doen dat we niet bereikbaar zijn." Dit is zo onbeschoft en kwalijk voor een bedrijf dat ik verdere stappen overweeg om het geld terug te krijgen voor mijn vriendin. Geld terug is in zo'n situatie toch wel het allerminste. Worst service imaginable and 0.0 respect for customers. My girlfriend tries to call about checking in from about half past nine. Totally unreachable by phone. Their website isn't working either. She arrives at the building and can't get in with the code (there is no reception, just a box with a code). Still unreachable by phone. Finally, very tired, she decides to go to sleep on a bench (late autumn). Fortunately, she still met people with whom she could sleep on the couch inside. The telephone receptionist does little or nothing about this whole story a few days later. No refund, not a single gesture, barely a word of sympathy. "We have passed on the correct code, and yes we can't help it that we are not reachable." This is so rude and resentful to a company that I am considering further steps to get the money back for my girlfriend. Money back is the least of all in such a situation.
