★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prima assortiment voor een redelijke prijs. Dit weekend vanuit twee mooie t-bones een heerlijk tagliata gemaakt, moet eigenlijk met een porterhouse maar dit is ook erg lekker. Even op lage temperatuur gerookt en daarna op hoog vuur verder gegrild. Met chimchurri erbij op een bedje van rucola en gegrilde limoenen, mooi weer en een wijntje een heerlijke zondagslunch.
great assortment for a reasonable price. Made a delicious tagliata from two beautiful t-bones this weekend, it should be with a porterhouse but this is also very tasty. Smoked at a low temperature and then continued to grill on high heat. With chimchurri on a bed of arugula and grilled limes, nice weather and a glass of wine a delicious Sunday lunch.
