Alleen waar men normaal moeilijk doet met handschoentjes en hygiëne, Is het hier voor het personeel geen probleem om al uw vlees en gehakt met de blote handen beet te pakken...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima slager, behulpzaam personeel en een groot uitgebreid assortiment aan vleesproducten. Niet goedkoop maar dan heb je ook echt wat lekkers. Superlekkere lasagne!
Great butcher, helpful staff and a large extensive range of meat products. Not cheap but then you really have some goodies. Super tasty lasagne!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van Wijk is een kwaliteits slagerij. Vlees is altijd goed. Alleen qua vlees voor BBQ. Picanha en buikspek zijn ze iets te zuinig met een goede vetkap erop.
Van Wijk is a quality butcher shop. Meat is always good. Only in terms of meat for BBQ. Picanha and pork belly are a bit too frugal with a good fat cap on it.

Wel merk ik steeds vaker dat de broodjes niet goed belegd zijn, ik wil altijd broodje gezond,zonder tomaat, maar als er dan maar 2 plakjes ei op zitten vind ik erg weinig.
Top butcher, and not expensive!
I notice more and more that the sandwiches are not well filled, I always want a healthy sandwich without tomato, but if there are only 2 slices of egg on it, I find very little.
