★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fijne winkel. Top service en ontzettend fijne winkelbediende die je opweg helpen met al je vragen. Levering was correct en binnen de afgesproken tijd des ondanks corona. Een echte aanrader!
 Very nice shop. Top service and a very nice shop assistant who will help you on your way with all your questions. Delivery was correct and within the agreed time despite corona. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via mp een combiwagen showmodel gevonden, contact verliep vlot en de wagen werd voor ons gereserveerd. In de winkel mochten we hem nog bekijken en kregen goede uitleg. De wagen zag er zeer netjes uit.
Found a combi car show model via MP, contact went smoothly and the car was reserved for us. We were allowed to see it in the store and received a good explanation. The car looked very neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een autotoeltje via bol.com besteld , dat kwam helaas kapot uit verpakking, via bol.com doogeschakeld naar klanteservice van babydump en omdat ik het snel nodig had kon ik dezelfde dag bij mij de buurt het stoeltje omruilen!!
Zo hoort het ook maar het gebeurt vaak anders!!
Ordered a car seat via bol.com, unfortunately it came out of packaging broken, switched to babydump customer service via bol.com and because I needed it quickly I was able to exchange the seat in my neighborhood the same day!!
That's how it should be, but it often happens differently!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is TOP. In de winkel werd er alle tijd voor ons genomen, vriendelijk personeel (met kennis van zaken) en zijn we goed geadviseerd.
Ook online goede service, bij vragen word er snel geantwoord en geschakeld en alles word netjes opgelost.
Tevreden met alle spulletjes, snelle en nette levering. Kortom fijne winkel en service!
Service is TOP. In the store all the time was taken for us, friendly staff (with knowledge of the business) and we were well advised.
Also good online service, questions are quickly answered and switched and everything is neatly resolved.
Satisfied with all items, fast and neat delivery. Overall a great store and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag uitgebreid, rustig en vakkundig geholpen met het uitzoeken van een kinderwagen en autostoel.
Meedenken met de klant is iets wat Patrick als geen ander kan, fijn om de kinderwagen ook even gepast te hebben in de auto.
Over 3 weken halen we de spullen en zullen zeker nog meer meenemen.
Today extensively, calmly and professionally helped with choosing a stroller and car seat.
Thinking along with the customer is something Patrick can do like no other, it's nice to have the pushchair fitted in the car.
In 3 weeks we will get the stuff and will definitely bring more.

Je komt de winkel binnen en krijgt alle aandacht en hulp die je wilt. Wanneer je op je bestelling moet wachten en je ontdekt dat er artikelen in de aanbieding zijn, hoef je alleen maar te bellen en de prijs in je bestaande order word meteen aangelast.
Wij hebben er ook voor gekozen om alles te laten monteren. Ook dat ging super snel en netjes.
Enig minpuntje: De dozen en al het piepschuim word helaas achter gelaten. Dat zou misschien wel anders kunnen.
Maar al met al zijn wij super tevreden!
Super organized from ordering to delivery!
You enter the store and get all the attention and help you want. When you have to wait for your order and you discover that there are items on sale, all you have to do is call and the price in your existing order will be charged immediately.
We also chose to have everything assembled. That also went super fast and neat.
Only downside: The boxes and all the styrofoam are unfortunately left behind. That might be different.
But all in all we are very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Baby Dump is negative, reproducibly negative. For the second time, I had to deal with a bad customer service. I bought a commode, it was delivered to me with a delay and, even worse, damaged. I went back to the shop to inform them (no way you get an answer by email and their phone is always busy). They said they would have come to replace the damaged part within two weeks (basically end of this week) and offered to finish building it for free. Today I learned they won't come before mid October, that is, after the baby will be born. Wonderful service, well done. I will stay away from this company.
