t	team Acheche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location right next to the train station in the centre of the city! The staff is very nice and accomodating. They gave us a room upgrade and we were very happy with the big bed. The breakfast was pick up (due to Covid) instead of buffet but very tasty and healthy. Also the roomservice meals were great! Would definitely come back.

Y	Yohan SRL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here we go: 1. Very lively, friendly and attentive staff. From the point I checked in to when I checked out, the customer service was excellent. I can't say there is a lot of that in the Netherlands (in my experience), so I have to highlight that. They gave me a good impression of the city. 2. They work so hard to make sure you are satisfied. I ordered food (their speciality burger) and needed some spice (tropical palate and all ha) and they were very accommodating. Another time, something broke in the bathroom and they had it fixed while I was out. 3. It is within walking distance from the central station and tram stops are nearby. Plus, a supermarket is downstairs. Very striking building too. 4. Really nice view and a surprisingly comfortable bed. I think the pics on the website could be better though; they don't do the superior room justice, in my opinion. Thanks, team Babylon! It was a good choice for my birthday treat. I'll be back. :)
i	izadora yamamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in the Junior Suite (breakfast included) with our 2 kids during our stay. The staff member from checking in was great. It was not until in the morning where we went to breakfast, the manager greeted us and did not provide the same service as the local Dutch speaking guests who were before us. I observed her giving detail information about the changes in the COVID restriction buffet where things were located. We were brushed quickly pointed to be seated. As she proceed to help the guest behind us. Even with an appointment her communication was "Let me see if we have a seat available now." I would not recommend the breakfast or personally would not recommend this hotel for intentional guests as we were treated differently. Also being a manager and in a leadership role my exception would be higher is this was my business. Starting out the morning with this situational sure made the stay not pleasant or a warm farewell.
E	Erieke Weitenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved it here. Friendly people, very large and comfortable rooms. I had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious as well. Very close to the trains and there is a nice neighbourhood with restaurants nearby.

E	Enes Erkan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were welcomed by great personnel. They are really friendly, welcoming and lovely. If you have any questions regarding sight seeing you can ask them directly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable to be well rested for the next day. Breakfast is similar to other hotels at the same level. All in all, I can only recommend this place and will definitely visit again, when I will be in Den Haag.

Using the shower led to the bathroom floor being soaked and the shower temperature was constantly changing as if the toilet was being flushed every minute. Felt more like a three star hotel or less.
