Lediglich im Sommer ist die Luft eine Katastrophe, was dem Personal und den Kunden einiges abverlangt. Komme gerne wieder :-) Super friendly advice, something for every budget. Help is provided even in the event of problems & the employees are always well trained. The air is only a disaster in summer, which demands a lot from the staff and the customers. Would love to come back :-)

Came here with the intent to buy a stroller and car seat however nobody really took the time to help us or explain anything and interaction was avoided. They have a corona measurement where you take this alarm thing inside so they can see how many customers are inside, however they don't explain when you walk out where you need to leave it. Lady at the cashier just shouted at us that we put it in the wrong place and then we left. Went to Baby profi in Bocholt after this where we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff. Even though Babyone is closer to our home if I need something else I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Babyprofi in Bocholt instead. Really happy with their service and the stroller I bought from Babyprofi. Really don't recommend Babyone if you need any assistance in your shopping process.
