Es sind schon unaushaltbare Temperaturen draußen, aber die Angestellten sitzen da im Verkaufsraum ohne Klimaanlage. Die Temperaturen im Geschäft sind höher als draußen. Hut ab für die Angestellten das die das mit sich machen lassen.
Ich war drauf und dran wieder aus dem Geschäft zu gehen ohne was zu kaufen.
Advice is great, and that under impossible circumstances. You really feel sorry for the staff. The temperatures outside are unbearable, but the employees sit there in the sales room without air conditioning. The temperatures in the shop are higher than outside. Hats off to the employees who let themselves do it.
I was about to go out of business without buying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser Laden hat ein wunderbares Sortiment. Aber das war es auch schon.
Denn so gerne man dort verweilen würde um eben genau dieses zu bestaunen, so wird man als Kunde dort behandelt als wäre es eine Unverschämtheit den Laden überhaupt zu betreten!
Wenn man dann noch Kinder hat, hat man schließlich ganz verloren. Das Personal ist nie aber auch wirklich nie freundlich oder gar fröhlich. Schlimmer noch ich habe schon erlebt wie sogar über Kunden die soeben das Geschäft verlassen haben schlecht gesprochen wird.
Ich bin jedes Mal aufs Neue geschockt von der ganzen Stimmung und Behandlung in diesem Geschäft.
Tja trotzdem wird der Laden seinen Umsatz machen, weil er genau an der richtigen Stelle ist und der Bedarf ja bei uns allen und VOR ALLEM BEI DENEN DIE KINDER haben nun einmal vorhanden ist.
Ich verspreche sollte ich jemals nett behandelt werden hinterlasse ich sofort eine neue Rezension.

This shop has a wonderful range. But that's about it.
Because as much as you would like to linger there to marvel at exactly this, as a customer you are treated there as if it were an outrage to even enter the shop!
If you then have children, you have lost completely. The staff is never friendly or even happy. Worse still, I've seen people talk badly even about customers who have just left the store.
Every time I am shocked by the whole atmosphere and treatment in this business.
Well, nevertheless, the store will make its sales because it is exactly in the right place and the need is there for all of us and especially for those who have the children.
I promise if I am ever treated nicely, I will leave a new review immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großer Laden für Bücher Schreibwaren deko u. V. M. Mit super Sortiment. Wirklich für jeden Geschmack was dabei! Relativ hochpreisig aber das meiste mit guter Qualität auch angemessen. Teilweise an einigen Stellen etwas vollgestellt oder unübersichtlich. Beratung imemr sehr gut und das Personal gibt sich Mühe jedem Kunden gerecht zu werden..
Large shop for books, stationery, deco, etc. With a great range. Really something for every taste! Relatively high priced but most of the good quality is also reasonable. Sometimes a bit crowded or confusing in some places. Advice always very good and the staff tries hard to do justice to every customer.
