I like the shop, they have a large and nice selection of products but they have limited opening time. Many times I went to buy things at Prenatal instead because they close too early and they are closed on Sunday. Prices are pretty high, not on everything though and they have an outlet upstairs.

Excellent selection. Staff were wonderful help and friendly. Got everything we needed for baby and even gave us a discount on it! 18 months later we are still happy with all our purchases except for our pram (brake gave us endless problems). We dealt with Pieter in the service department who was super helpful and friendly and sorted this out swiftly and efficiently. Very happy customers! Recommend babypark highly!!

Prices and selection are good however service is hit or miss. Have had one person be some what pleasant when asking for help but the rest were rude and unpleasant. Terrible experience ordering from website and next day delivery as advertised at check out is not even close to reality. After 2 days of hearing nothing, I called customer service and the representative indicated she would initiate shipment immediately and it would take 2-5 business days. When asked about the next day delivery and why I had not been contacted for 2 days after ordering, I was told there is nothing that could be done snd the earliest I would receive my product is 2 business days (which was 4 business days from placing the order even though next day delivery was promised). Customer service definitely lacking but I guess that’s how they keep prices below competitor? Might be worth it for big ticket items but small items, I’ll stick with my local shop

Great selection in store to look around but thats really where the positive things end. we had to wait about thirty minutes for an assistant to help us to order a push chair, bath set and car seat as you are not able to just choose the one you want and pay for it. We were then told that delivery would be by the end of may. which was already a concern having to wait 6 weeks.The baby is Due in June and they knew it. Unfortunately last week we got an email stating that we would have to wait until the end of June to early august for the delivery. SHOCKING, we called up and complained immediately to say the baby is due soon and we had already waited 6 weeks, so suddenly they had the stock and delivered it today although the car seat and the bath stand were STILL not in the delivery. We only had the car seat base and pram. So now we are without the car seat that we paid almost 500 for which is the most important thing to have, not the bloody base! to be able to get from the hospital! Now they don't want to give a refund and can't say when we will receive it, so what now? Buy another one and have two? Thanks a lot baby park, you let us down big time. Avoid this place, order from other sellers, just go to look around there. They are very unreliable. you have been warned

At first when me and my wife entered the store we were immediately overwhelmed. We didn’t know what we were looking for really and the choices are plenty! Luckily after a little wait we had an assistant Roelof that helped us out and stayed with us for several hours, and he was great! He was patient and explained everything we need to know about strollers, cribs, and all other things we might need with the first baby. At the end I felt I was an expert and we got an awesome UPPAbaby stroller on the spot. I’m planning to order a couple of things more now, and hope that the delivery will be as smooth.

Date : 14th September 2021. I had the worst experience with Babypark. Never had this experience with any other stops in Netherlands. Every shop looks after their customer’s satisfaction but even after following up multiple times, I haven’t received the accessories which were required and mandatory with the stroller I bought almost 2 months back. Finally they ordered on 20th August after so many follow up emails and calls but still I haven’t received anything. will never recommend based on customer experience for Babypark. New comment : 18th September 2021 Dear Sander, We have sent emails on the email address provided by you multiple times. Have tried contacting via whatsapp but all in vain, no luck. You guys should really work hard to have good customer experience. I have dropped email again today. please let me know if you guys would make this happen. The actual purchase was done on 3rd Aug 2021 @17:42 Hello Team, Finally we received our stuff after couple of days. Thanks for the response everything is received now.

It’s a good place to go and browse strollers, especially if you have no clue. I get the whole “closed on Sunday” thing but why is the WEBSITE closed on Sunday as well? I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.

Extreme large store. Great personal. Take their time to help you, even when busy. Prices are good. An Ikea for babies stuff
