I can only agree with the predecessors. Item ordered, paid for and received an email that a shortage was offered and the item is not in stock. Also not made the repayment by yourself.

Geld wurde jedesmal direkt abgebucht und auf Amazon sogar unverschämterweide als "Bestellung versandt" markiert. Erst auf Rückfrage einige Tage nach dem angekündigten Lieferdatum wurde ich informiert dass der Artikel fälschlicherweise angeboten wurde obwohl er gar nicht verfügbar war, und das Geld danfnn erstattet. Jede wette dass keine Erstattung erfolgt wäre wenn ich nicht nachgehakt hätte? Wie bei den anderen Bewertungen zu ersehen ist scheint es ja gängige Masche dieses Shops zu sein nicht vorhandene Artikel anzubieten. Entweder ziemlicher Fake oder schlicht inkompetentes Warenmanagment. Fazit: zweimal versucht etwas zu kaufen, zweimal abgebucht aber nichts bekommen, zweimal Erstattung erst auf Rückfrage obwohl bekannt war dass der Artikel nicht verfügbar war (bereits zum Bestell Zeitpunkt nicht, aber trotzdem wurde er auf auf mehreren Plattformen angeboten, zwischen den Bestellungen lagen ca 2 Wochen). Zweimal und nie wieder. Repeatedly offered articles that were not available. Money was debited directly every time and even outrageously marked as "Order sent" on Amazon. Only when I asked a few days after the announced delivery date was I informed that the article was wrongly offered even though it was not available, and the money was then refunded. Any bet that no refund would have been made if I hadn't checked? As can be seen in the other reviews, it seems to be the common scam of this shop to offer non-existent articles. Either quite a fake or simply incompetent goods management. Conclusion: tried twice to buy something, charged twice but received nothing, twice refunded only on request although it was known that the item was not available (not at the time of ordering, but it was still offered on several platforms, between the orders there were approx 2 weeks). Twice and never again.

Zu guter letzte wurde die Rücksendung noch berechnet für ein defektes Produkt. They are quick at the checkout. It takes forever to return. Product was unusable, but that was downplayed. Last but not least, the return was charged for a defective product.

Kontaktaufnahme war zwar telefonisch nicht möglich, jedoch wurde meine Email bereits einen Tag später beantwortet und der Überschussbetrag sofort anstandslos zurücküberwiesen. Angeblich "muss" man in Originalverpackung zurücksenden und man "muss" auch ein Widerrufsformular ausdrucken und ausfüllen. Ist natürlich beides nicht wahr und stellt rechtswidrige Behauptungen dar. Strange complaint process that 1. remains unanswered for a very long time and 2. lies to the consumer. Allegedly you "have" to return in the original packaging and you "have to" also print out and fill out a cancellation form. Of course, both are not true and represent unlawful allegations.
