Wenn Mal was nicht im Geschäft zu erhalten ist, dann wird es sofort besorgt. In diesen Zeiten wie diesen, werden die telefonisch bestellten Artikel an der Ladentür übergeben. Man ist dort vor Wind und Wetter geschützt, denn der Eingang liegt im Durchgang zu dem Gebäude. Erreichbarkeit ist auch kein Problem. Eine ÖPNV Haltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe. Hier wird unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich bedient, auch wenn es voller wird, bleibt Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch mit liebevollem Einpacken und Geduld für die Kleineren. Papas und Mamas werden wirklich einfühlsam beraten, ohne daß auf Profit geschaut wird. Und so mancher Erwachsene wird wieder 10 oder 12 und beginnt zu strahlen, wenn er in die Playmobil-Wand schaut. Was gerade nicht im Sortiment vertreten ist, wird umgehend nachbestellt. Schön, daß es solche Geschäfte noch gibt ????????? M	Mi La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde heute erst vor der Türe stehen gelassen weil ich nicht geimpft bin. Als ich sagte das das erst ab Montag gilt durfte ich schließlich doch rein. Man sagte mir sehr unhöflich ich soll mich doch endlich impfen lassen und würde ab Montag ja sowieso garnix mehr dort kriegen. Ich verstehe das es diese Regelung ab Montag gibt, und akzeptiere sie sogar ABER ich akzeptiere nicht das ein Geschäft bzw eine Person die dort arbeitet meint mich belehren zu müssen oder mich minderwertig behandelt. Ich bin lange dort Kundin gewesen habe viel Geld da gelassen und jetzt habt ihr einen Kunden weniger. Ich werde mein Geld auch nach corona nicht mehr bei euch lassen sondern lieber in ein Geschäft gehen die Menschen und Meinungen akzeptieren wie sie sind auch wenn sie diese Meinung nicht teilen. Selbst leise - weil staunende - Kinder dürfen AUF KEINEN FALL etwas länger als 60 Sekunden "bespielen", sonst verzweifelt (immer dieselbe) Verkäuferin. Wir sind übrigens keine Eltern, die ihrem Kind alles durchgehen lassen. So treibt man auf jeden Fall die gern lokal kaufende Kundschaft zur Konkurrenz in Grafenberg. Alle anderen Damen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Auswahl ist erwartungsgemäß aufgrund der Ladengröße sehr beschränkt. Wir betreten das Geschäft jedenfalls nur, wenn die sehr nervöse Beraterin nicht vor Ort ist. We recommend all toddlers to avoid the shop at all costs when out and about with their children.
