★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I felt like a healthy treat on my way back home. It was 20:15, checked closing time, 21:00, good.
So I put my facemask on, checked the maximum allowed of people inside (sign at the door), it was 2, there was only one guy already inside so I went directly to the iPad on the desk where you can place the order by yourself.
I started hearing someone shouting, but I thought it was a conversation between the 2 guys behind the counter, suddenly one of them calls my attention (shouting) and says ENGLISH? ENGLISH RIGHT? I was so shock I didn't understand what was going on, why was this guy shouting at me.
Somehow I understood they were closed, but at the same time there were like 3 or 4 delivery couriers waiting for orders outside and it was only 20:15 (plus the curfew starts 22:00 since yesterday), I left the place speechless.
It's a shame service was so unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, I used to order lunch there and really liked the food, I will never come back or order again.
I still don't understand what I did wrong (according to this guy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad. Normally back is good and I order once a week at locations Pijp or West. But the Zuidas is very bad. I ordered two meals with extra dressing (which you have to pay extra for) but both were not delivered. The meal boxes were horrible, not tasty, the positive care was not there. The turkey was not cooked enough and even raw! I threw both meals away. Back is normally good, but this one on Wednesday 9 of June,… was very very bad. Back must keep up their promisse or it is over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is ok , but for group orders they are always missing out a meal or two which is charged btw. Then when you call , you always get the voice mail so you can't reach out by phone at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time orderinh from this place. I made my own bowl with rice, salmon, broccoli, sweet potatoes and peppers. Everything was fresh, salmon was cooked perfectly, the soy garlic sauce went great with the combination. Definately recommend it for a quick healthy lunch:)
