Na vier maanden wachten op de levering van het bad heb ik de bestelling geannuleerd. 12 weken na het annuleren van de bestelling heb ik nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Dit bedrijf heeft mijn geld al meer dan zes maanden en reageert niet op de e-mails of brieven die ik heb verzonden. Schandalig dat ze zo met hun klanten omgaan. 21/02/2022 Nu beweert het bedrijf dat het mijn geld 4 maanden geleden heeft terugbetaald. Dit is een flagrante leugen. Het heeft het geld drie dagen geleden teruggestort nadat het een brief van Achmea had ontvangen omdat ik juridische stappen tegen hen had ondernomen. Dit bedrijf is niet te geloven. Ik zou niemand aanraden dit bedrijf te gebruiken! 20/01/2022 On July 2, 2021 I ordered a bath. After waiting four months for the bath to be delivered, I canceled the order. 12 weeks after canceling the order I still have not received my money back. This company has had my money for over six months and is not responding to the emails or letters I have sent. It's outrageous that they treat their customers like that. 21/02/2022 Now the company is claiming that it refunded my money 4 months ago. This is a blatant lie. It refunded the money three days ago after receiving a letter from Achmea because I took legal action against them. This company is unbelievable. I would not recommend anyone to use this company!

Hiervan hebben we ook keurig en netjes een bevestiging ontvangen en toen begon alle ellende pas echt. De uiterste betaaldata is inmiddels 7 weken geleden. Na tientallen telefoontjes en gesprekken die nergens op uit zijn gekomen zijn we genoodzaakt juridische stappen te ondernemen. Zo te zien aan de reviews zijn wij niet de enige die niet hun geld terug hebben ontvangen. De talloze smoesjes en excuses slaan nergens op. Een terugbetaling zou zo geregeld moeten zijn bij een goed bedrijf. Helaas is dus niet het geval bij deze partij, ik raad badkamer en co iedereen af. After receiving an item with the wrong dimensions, this item was returned without any problems. We also received a neat and tidy confirmation of this and then all the trouble really started. The payment deadline is now 7 weeks ago. After dozens of phone calls and conversations that came to nothing, we are forced to take legal action. Judging by the reviews, we are not the only ones who have not received their money back. The countless excuses and excuses make no sense. A refund should be arranged in this way with a good company. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this party, I recommend bathroom and co to everyone.
N	Noortje Gasman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tot op heden herken ik mij totaal niet in de negatieve reviews. Meerdere bestellingen gedaan. Deze ook meerdere malen gewijzigd vanuit mijn kant. Badkamer & Co heeft mij altijd snelle reacties gegeven en ging flexibel om met mijn wijzigingen (ondanks dat ik moeilijk telefonisch te bereiken ben ivm werk en ik daardoor vooral via de mail heb gecommuniceerd. Badkamer & Co heeft meerdere malen geprobeerd om mij telefonisch te bereiken. Vervelend voor hen dat dat niet lukte) Via de mail altijd zeer vriendelijk en meedenkend. Goed op de hoogte gebracht van levertijden. Waren deze te lang voor mij..zonder problemen kunnen annuleren. Ook een door mij verkeerd besteld product kon gewoon retour en kort daarna een mail gehad met de vraag om mijn rekeningnummer om het bedrag retour te storten. De producten die we hebben besteld zijn tot nu toe zeer goed w.b.t. prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Voornamelijk contact gehad met Nancy en zij heeft alles in goede banen geleid ondanks mijn wijzigingen. Top! Ook heldere communicatie over de levering. Van te voren ben ik nog gebeld om de levering te bevestigen en konden ze mij een tijdvak aangeven. Heel fijn. So far I don't recognize myself at all in the negative reviews. Made multiple orders. This one also changed several times from my side. Bathroom & Co has always given me quick responses and was flexible with my changes (despite the fact that I am difficult to reach by phone due to work and therefore I mainly communicated by email. Bathroom & Co has tried several times to reach me by phone. Annoying for them that that didn't work out) Always very friendly and thoughtful via email. Well informed of delivery times. Were these too long for me..can cancel without any problems. A product that I ordered incorrectly could also simply be returned and shortly afterwards I received an email asking for my account number to refund the amount. The products we have ordered have been very good so far. value for money. Mainly had contact with Nancy and she managed everything in the right direction despite my changes. Top! Clear communication about the delivery. I was called in advance to confirm the delivery and they were able to indicate a time slot. Very nice.

Not being able to call gives an insecure feeling (long delivery time ~2 weeks acceptable, not too bad however if you can provide direct feedback after ordering rather than waiting for people to write you, it would be better). Actually service and kindness of the staff on the phone as well as during delivery was quite good. However these stressing emails in the tone of "if you do not pick up, we will not try again and just skip you" is crearing an unnecessary stressing atmosphere. In our case, we asked about time of our delivery on the day before at 18, (after 16 as suggested) but since did not get any response and very stressed about those threatening tone mails, we had to go to our appt. that is being renovated at 6 in the morning. Mail came at 9 30 and was writing that delivery between 9:45 and 11:45. Communication of the deliveries must be clearer and less stressing. Delivering goods in a cheaper way does not mean that you should stress people by giving so little room and demanding so much precision. These goods are delivered often to renovated places where people do not readily live. Just please acept it as a feedback. For the rest, thanks for delivering our tub on the given date in a kind way. Committing to paying back in 14 days, but already waiting for 36 days, and just got confirmed I should not expect a solution on short notice, as refunds are outsourced to an external company that is currently on vacation.

After 6 weeks I contacted the company to know about the delivery date. And for my surprise the delivery would take another 6 weeks. I waited 6 more weeks and then contacted them again. They kept telling me the delivery should take one more week… this went on for at least 4 more weeks. I understand that at moment transport and imports coming by vessel are having delays. I just can’t accept the lack of information. I shouldn’t have to chase the company to know about my order. I would like to be kept updated of what was going on. Very bad customer service. Unfortunately I do not recommend at all Badkamer&Co.
