★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead too see what time they open and they stated at 11. I came at 11:30 and the lights were on with the server sitting inside but no door was open nor were we acknowledged that we wanted to go inside. Disappointed ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a simple Tuna salad bagel, when it arrived it came with a slice of cheese which was NOT on the menu card. I was confused so I asked for one without the cheese, the waiter looked at me funny and said “Okay” brought the bagel with him and gave me one without cheese. The tuna was clearly not fresh, the tuna had a weird dry “crust” but when I took a bite out of the bagel the inside of the tuna salad turned out to be soft. The Chai Latte was decent (not worth the price tho). The heater was also way too high, my glasses started to fog up (which is not a good sign). Overall, decent service and okay food. Toilet was very clean (you have to ask for a “coin” to enter).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, I love the salmon bagel here with cucumber cream cheese, it's my favorite. It comes with a side serving of capers and chopped red onion too! The matcha latte is also delicious!! There's ample seating available here and it's relatively quiet in the afternoon to enjoy the atmosphere of the Waterlooplein market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the worst bagels and beans experience I've had. First they got me the wrong drink, then they just forgot about making me the drink I actually ordered. Eventually I went up to ask them for my drink and eventually they came to tell me they didn't have it. The chai latte I had instead was nice. In the mean time they got my friend the wrong kind bagel and when he asked for the kind of bagel he did want they remade it for him but, as he figured out later, they forgot to put cream cheese on it. When I asked for a cake they said they had to check if they had it and when I eventually came up to pay I asked about it and they said oh yeah we didn't have it. Didn't even bother to let me know.
