★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee company is always a good place to go for coffee and cake. The service is always good and the coffee tasty (frozen cappuccino in the summer days is great).
Free wifi for customers.
The only minus point is that there are no magazines in English (like National geographic) which would be a better fit given the large amount of foreigners that live in Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I would give a Zero rating if I could. As a customer this saddens me. I ordered a lemon cake and the lady at the counter told me to put the phone away and order. I had put my phone on hold already and ordering and looking at her while ordering so I was clearly and quickly communicating what I needed but the lady said I should put it away and order so it is not disrespectful. This is madness! How tough it is to serve a carrot cake and how hard it is to give one from the shelf. The ladies at the counter think that they are doing a gods work and they require full attention. I wish people just did their jobs without adding so much drama in this life. And if you really want so much attention then do something else other than serving coffee or cake. May be you deserve better or may be your don’t. I won’t be going there again. But it doesn’t matter, this is Amsterdam where service is non existent but the attitude plenty. Everyone deserves everything without wanting to really work for it
