★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and waited a long time before we got someone to take our order and got our food. Don’t expect to be served if you don’t actively try to find a server to help you. Waited for a long time. They told us it was “busy”, but looked around and only a few tables were occupied...
Ordered the paddo bagel/burger, matcha latté and mochachino. The mochachino was good. Bagel was ok, matcha latté was not good at all. My stomach started hurting after 30 minutes.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. When you enter, expect to wait 15 mins before someone gets to accept your order. After that there is a high chance to wait 45 minutes for 2 bagels to arrive. After mentioning the slow service, you get an upset face and a free coffee coupon expecting you'd come back.
This happened twice. I recommend to work on an efficient service to keep your new customers coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service and bad customer service! Ordered food here multiple times for pickup, but have to wait for more than 30 minutes outside each time (even though it’s not even busy). Waiters seem unfriendly and never apologize. Although there are so many complaints here in google review about their service I don’t see any improvements at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feeling about this B&B spot. It is spacious, good for flex working and good for just a drink. But the service is the slowest of all the B&B I have been to.
It took literally a while before the waitress came to our table and even longer before our bagels were served.
For the rest nothing outstanding. Its just a bagel en drink like all the other B&B.
