Koop voor €101,- heb een waardebon van € 5,00 die ik inwissel en ja dan kom je volgens hen niet aan de drempel van € 100,- en krijg je niet de dagcreme. Wel de bodycreme want dat is blijkbaar voor het niveau eronder. Dit is de zoveelste teleustellende ervaring. Ga er nu niet meer heen.☹
 They don't understand how to deal with customers. Buy for € 101, - have a voucher of € 5.00 that I exchange and yes, then according to them you will not reach the threshold of € 100 and you will not get the day cream. Well the body cream because apparently that is for the level below. This is yet another disappointing experience. Don't go there now

Very busy and very expensive. Much was out of stock but it was also December 5th.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online een bestelling geplaatst omdat door de lockdown de winkels gesloten zijn , de bestelling op dinsdagavond geplaatst , gekozen voor de winkel op Leische Rijn , vandaag 14 januari dacht mijn bestelling op te halen ( ook nog een kado te geven voor vandaag) deze was ook betaald via Ideal maar helaas winkel gesloten omdat zij balans dag hebben ?, de verkoopster kon hierdoor mijn bestelde en ook betaalde pakketje niet meegeven , sorry maar hier begrijp ik niks van , zeker niet in tijden van de lockdown
Placed an order online because the stores are closed due to the lockdown, placed the order on Tuesday evening, chose the store on Leische Rijn, today January 14, thought to pick up my order (also to give a gift for today) this was also paid via Ideal but unfortunately shop closed because they have a balance day ?, the saleswoman could not give my ordered and paid package, sorry but I don't understand this, especially not in times of the lockdown
