Op mijn moment van schrijven werd het bedrijf door 1 persoon gerund welke nagenoeg niet bereikbaar was en bijna niet reageerde op berichten. Toen de afgesproken datum naderde toch geprobeerd nog eens in persoon langs te gaan, bij mijn derde poging werd mij verteld dat de persoon de periode rond de afgesproken datum niet aanwezig zou zijn... waarmee het overdragen van de bakfiets dan ook onmogelijk was geworden.
Andere punten van zorg op dit moment:
- contactinfo op website(s) niet up-to-date
- contactformulier schijnt in de spam te komen
Nice cargo bikes, but the communication unfortunately leaves something to be desired. At the time of writing, the company was run by 1 person who was virtually unavailable and hardly responded to messages. When the agreed date was approaching, I tried to come by in person again. On my third attempt, I was told that the person would not be present around the agreed date ... which would make it impossible to transfer the cargo bike.
Other points of concern at the moment:
- contact info on website (s) not up-to-date
- contact form appears to be in the spam
